To make a reservation our Guests, after requesting availability by mail (email@example.com) or via the form of reservation request, from the website (contacts), indicate:
- surname and name
- telephone/mobile phone
- number and kind of rooms
- day of arrival and departure
- number of persons
Our Guest’s personal details are handled in compliance with current privacy laws.
The apartment or room will be definitely booked with a deposit equal to approximately 30% of the total, to be made by bank transfer (except in cases where the booking will be done a few days before arrival and then to be agreed with the owners) . If the reservation will be made through bank transfer, our Guests on our specific instructions will send us a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer, together with the number of CRO.
Cancellation/No Show/Change of Reservation
In case of cancellation the deposit will not be returned.
In case of no show on the day of arrival, even if the Guest communicate, in advance via fax, e-mail or telephone, the failure to arrive, his deposit will not be returned.
In the event of change of booking, with reduction of the days of your stay, the deposit will not be returned. For example, a Sir reserves the apartment “y” for 10 nights for the price of 100,00 € per night. The Sir will make a bank transfer of 300,00 € (30% of total) to book finally. In the event that the Sir wants to change the booking and he wants to stay 5 nights instead of 10 nights, he will lose the deposit of 5 nights that he wants cancel.
In the event that the Guest should leave the apartment or room before the scheduled date of departure there will be the loss of deposit.
Balance of Payment
The balance payment will be made before the arrival by bank transfer or by cash at the delivery of the apartment or room. Attention, Travel Cheque and checks are not accepted.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Since a Reception service is not available at all hours of the day, like in a hotel, in our farmhouse the rooms and the apartments are delivered from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. We can possibly deliver the rooms and apartments in different time from that indicated for the check in, if agreed in advance at the time of booking.
Upon arrival each Guest must give to the owner a valid identity document, so it can be registered as required by Italian law.
The rooms and apartments must be returned before 10:00 am on the day of your departure.
If you fail to be out by 10:00 am, you will be charged for another night.
Under no circumstances the numbers of Guests can exceed the number reserved, if not agreed on in advance.
Bed and bath linen is included in the rental price; the change of linen is delivered weekly, every seven days. Please note towels for swimming are not supplied.
MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
It is possible to rent our rooms for just one night or for a week-end (except extended holiday), but our apartments can only be rented for a minimum stay of three nights. . However, two nights stays may be accepted.
