Where you are
We are in Tuscany just 5 kilometers from the famous town of San Gimignano.

Most guests arrive by car.

Do the prices listed include everything or are there hidden costs?
The prices listed include everything, including final cleaning of the apartment.
The only two things you have to pay as extras are the independent heating, obviously only in winter, and the added crib to be requested at the time of booking (Eur 10.00 per night).

Do you have baby cribs?
For our little guests we have available a camping crib that resembles a playpen.
The price of the camping crib is Eur 10.00 per night.

Is there heating?
Both rooms and apartments are equipped with independent heating to be paid on consumption; heating, in addition to the added crib, is the only expense to be paid separately, in winter, by initial and final meter reading.

Is there also a restaurant in the farmhouse?
No, there is no restaurant in our farmhouse. Our agritourism only offers overnight service. However, you can use the equipped kitchens in the apartments.
Keep in mind that only the apartments, and not the rooms, are equipped with kitchenettes.

Are there restaurants nearby?
There are plenty of excellent restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the historic center of San Gimignano, which is just one kilometer from our farmhouse.

Do you provide bed and breakfast service?
No, our agritourism only offers overnight accommodations.
You can, however, use the equipped kitchens in the apartments.

Is it possible to rent an apartment for just one night or for a weekend?
For apartments, the minimum expected stay is 3 nights. However, requests for two nights will also be considered.

What time is check in and check out scheduled?
Check in: from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m
Check out: by 10:00 am

Is bed linen and towels included?
Both bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The change is delivered every 7 days.

From what time is it possible to swim in the pool?
You can swim in the pool from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, every day.
The pool is 14 meters long and 6 meters wide with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Are you close to high traffic roads, highways?
Our farm is far from major traffic roads or highways. It is located in a beautiful hillside location, a place of great silence and tranquility, just 5 kilometers from San Gimignano.

How many floors are there in the farmhouse?
The two six-person apartments are on the second floor, the four-person apartment and the two-person apartment are on the ground floor.

How far are the stores?
The stores are in the historic center just five kilometers from the farmhouse in San Gimignano also there is a supermarket, just one kilometer away are food stores.
They are generally open in the tourist season every day from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Is it possible to cook in the apartments?
Sure. The kitchens in the apartments are fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, sink, small electric oven and everything you need.

Is the swimming pool always open?
The pool is open from May to September, except for the season.

How far are Florence, Siena and Volterra?
Our farmhouse is 55 km from Florence, Siena 40 km and Volterra 30 km.

Is there a solarium?
The solarium, with sunbeds and umbrellas, is located in the pool area, where you can also enjoy table tennis.

Can we bring one more person/child than provided in the description of the apartments (2/4/6 people)?
No, for safety, fire regulations and insurance reasons the maximum number of people stated in the description of the apartments cannot be exceeded.

At what distance are there grocery stores or supermarkets ?
About 3 km away there is a small grocery store and bakery, supermarkets can be found in San Gimignano (5 km from the Podere) and Poggibonsi (10 km from the Podere)
